The accommodation includes within it a concept of modernity visible in the aesthetics of the furniture and accessible through the latest generation devices. Each unit is on two levels, on the ground floor you will find the living area, air conditioned and equipped with a compact and functional kitchen.
Upstairs (attic), the sleeping area consists of a comfortable and modern bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. To the four beds, it is possible to add two extra beds, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. The house has a parking space, an outdoor area with a garden and a shared pool, which offers its guests unique moments of leisure and relaxation, in the total freedom of a private home.
The Salinelle Beach Residence, although located in a quiet area, offers the possibility to easily reach the commercial activities in the area, such as supermarkets at 3 km, cafè and beach club at 100 metres, where you can windsurf and play other games. The Lascari railway is at 1 km. The beaches: Le Salinelle at 1oo m, Mazzaforno at 4 km, Capo Playa at 2 km and that of Cefalù at 6 km. The waterpark and the wellness center of the Acquaverde are at 2 Km.
At 30 km, there is the castle of Castelbuono and at 35 km that of Caccamo. In addition to visiting the splendid Cefalù, about 6 km away, you can visit Palermo, which is 70 km away, and Monreale. At a distance of 150 km there is the Valley of the Temples, in Agrigento. The Falcone Borsellino airport is 69 km away. On request we can arrange transfers to and from the airport.
Please note: The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September.

Gelungener Aufenthalt nahe Cefalu.
Schönes, neues Ferienhaus mit Pool direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Betreuung vor Ort. Nach Cefalu sind es mit dem Auto 15 Minuten.Alexandra

A pochi metri dal mare e con una piscina spettacolare e super pulita. La villa è nuova, spaziosa, dotata di tutti comfort. Si trova a 6 kilometri da Cefalù. Un posto che ci è rimasto nel cuore e dove torneremo sicuramente. La signora dopo aver saputo che eravamo in viaggio di nozze ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di spumante.. troppo carina!!!

Villino nuovissimo e attrezzato, a due passi dal mare e con piscina, il tutto in resident tranquillo e sicuro. Proprietari sempre presenti e ospitali. Vacanza indimenticabile.
