The goodness of Sicilian food in Cefalù

If you are passing through Cefalù you cannot leave without having tried the typical local cuisine. It is not difficult to find on the streets of the town the numerous typical “focaccerie” and “rosticcerie” that every day churn out Sicilian goodness. In particular, we recommend that you taste the “sfincione” which can be of two types: either the one called “palermitano” with the sauce or the one called “bagherese” white but with the addition of ricotta or tuma.

After having eaten it in Cefalù it will be difficult for you to appreciate it elsewhere; without forgetting all the various types of sweets, rotisserie panelle and in particular the arancine with their timeless taste. In these ovens, however, you will not only find Sicilian delicacies, you can also find another typical thing of our land: the welcome and kindness of the bakers, always ready to welcome tourists and do everything to make them feel at home.
